The General Assembly of the ENEN members meets annually in March to discuss the general policy of the ENEN Association according to its objectives, to approve the proposed activities and action plan, the annual budget, to decide on membership applications, and to appoint the members of the Board of Governors and the Secretary General.

| The Board is composed of eight ENEN members as designated and elected by the General Assembly. The Board meets at least two times a year, and is in charge of the administration and management of the ENEN Association. |
