EUJEP
european japanese exchange project in nuclear disciplines
> EUJEP partners and ENEN Members only
The EUJEP covers the mobility programme of students at the Master level of Nuclear Engineering and other Nuclear Disciplines related to the application of nuclear technologies and radiation sciences. The project includes exchanges of students and faculty members between the participating European and Japanese institutions. All institutions are already mutually involved in bilateral or multilateral exchange programmes in the framework of several agreements of a Memorundum of Understanding. The project provides resources to achieve the objectives and to implement the activities expressed by the partners in those agreements. The project included the mobility of students and faculuty members between Japan and the European Union. The project produces the mutual recognition of higher education curricula in nuclear disciplines and a common level of qualifications for the Masters od Sciences in nuclear engineering. In the long term the impact of this young generation is expected to benefit to the design, construction and operation of nuclear power plants and to the implementation of nuclear and radiaction technologies with respect to their sustainability, their reliability and their safety aspects.
